A printer that is cheap to buy can be expensive to run. Before we quote, we ask how many pages a month the device will print, whether it needs to scan to email or a shared folder, how many people will send jobs to it, and whether colour is a requirement or a nice-to-have. That decides between an inkjet tank system, a mono laser, a colour laser or a multifunction copier — and the running cost per page matters as much as the purchase price.

Which is cheaper to run, a laser printer or an ink-tank printer?
For low volumes and colour photos, an ink-tank printer such as an Epson EcoTank usually has the lowest cost per page. For text-heavy office printing above roughly 1,000 pages a month, a mono laser is faster and more economical. Colion International compares both before quoting.
Do you install printers on the office network?
Yes. Colion International installs every printer it supplies in Dubai free of charge: connecting it to the network or Wi-Fi, installing drivers on your PCs, and setting up scan-to-email or scan-to-folder on multifunction models.
Do you sell genuine toner and ink in Dubai?
Yes. Colion International stocks original toner, ink cartridges and drums for HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Kyocera and Xerox printers, and delivers them across Dubai the same or next working day.
